This Privacy Policy describes how Silly Milly’s Photo Match (the “App”) handles information when you use it. The short version: we don’t collect any personal information from you, your children, or anyone else. This policy exists to be transparent about that fact and to satisfy App Store, COPPA, and GDPR disclosure requirements.
The App is developed and published by Chris Schultz, an individual developer operating as Schultz Apps, based in Atlanta, Georgia, United States.
We collect no personal information.
The App does not collect, transmit, store on external servers, sell, or share any personal data of any kind. This includes but is not limited to:
The App allows you to import photos from your device’s photo library and add names to them to create game collections. All photos and content you add are stored exclusively:
Your photos and content are never transmitted to Schultz Apps or any third party. We have no servers, no backend infrastructure, and no ability to access your content. Only you and the people you share your device or iCloud account with can see what you’ve added to the App.
Apple’s handling of iCloud data is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.
The App is designed for use by families and is rated for ages 4 and up on the Apple App Store. We take children’s privacy seriously.
In compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA):
The App is intended to be set up and managed by a parent, guardian, or caregiver. All content added to the App (photos, names) is stored privately on the family’s own device and iCloud account.
The App does not include any analytics SDK, crash reporting SDK, or third-party tracking library.
Apple may provide us with aggregated, anonymized App Store metrics through App Store Connect (such as total download counts and crash rates). This data is provided by Apple, is not linked to any individual user, and is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy. We have no ability to identify individual users from this data.
The App contains no third-party SDKs. All functionality is built using Apple’s native frameworks only.
The App offers an optional tip jar with consumable in-app purchases processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not see, receive, or store any payment information. All purchase transactions are handled by Apple and are subject to Apple’s Privacy Policy and Apple’s Terms of Service.
Because we collect no data, we have nothing to retain. Content you add to the App (photos, collection names) remains on your device and in your iCloud account until you delete it within the App or uninstall the App.
Because we collect no personal data, there is no personal data for us to provide, correct, export, or delete on your behalf. If you wish to remove all content associated with the App, you may do so by deleting your collections within the App or by uninstalling the App from your device.
For EU and EEA residents (GDPR): Because we do not collect, process, or store any personal data, we do not act as a data controller or data processor under the General Data Protection Regulation. No personal data is transferred outside of your own Apple infrastructure.
For California residents (CCPA): We do not sell personal information. We do not collect personal information. There is nothing to disclose under the California Consumer Privacy Act.
We do not store your data, so there is no database or server on our end to secure. The security of photos and content stored on your device and in your iCloud account is governed by Apple’s device security and iCloud encryption standards.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
